A cataract is a clouding of the eye's natural lens that gradually reduces vision. Cataract surgery replaces the clouded lens with a clear artificial intraocular lens (IOL).
Our surgeons use modern phacoemulsification techniques through a micro-incision, which typically allows a fast recovery. A range of IOL options, including multifocal and toric lenses, can be discussed during your consultation.
